Editor's note: Last week, Microsoft announced that it is putting its operating system on the cloud. The Windows 365 cloud service streams the full Windows 10 or Windows 11 experience on one’s personal or company-owned devices, including PCs, Macs, iPads, as well as Linux and Android devices. This experience is being referred to as “Cloud PC”. A Cloud PC will allow one to access their complete personalized Windows experience—including all apps, data and settings—on any internet-connected device. You will be able to boot instantly and can pick up right where you left off. Basically, the state of your Cloud PC remains the same, even when you switch devices. Hang on.
