Cogoport is turning out to be a workplace nightmare. Nearly 10 employees, both current and former, whom The Morning Context spoke with allege that the freight logistics company has the most bizarre and brutal work policies they have seen, experienced or heard of. All of them requested anonymity.

For the uninitiated, Cogoport is an online marketplace that connects importers and exporters with freight carriers, and offers services such as booking and tracking shipments.
