Raymond Lifestyle is likely to list on 5 September, realty by the end of 2025.
On Tuesday, the Raymond Group said that its demerged lifestyle and realty businesses will soon be listed on Indian stock exchanges. With that, there will be three listed Raymond entities—Raymond Ltd, Raymond Lifestyle and Raymond Realty.
In its intimation to the exchanges, which sought clarification over a media report that the entities would be listed by the end of 2025, the conglomerate said the two demerged entities will be listed soon, without specifying a timeframe.
