Former WeWork chief Adam Neumann’s residential real estate startup Flow is now in the UAE. This week, Dubai’s financial zone DIFC said Flow has been granted a commercial licence and will be supported as it scales across the country.
The company is already recruiting here and is in advanced negotiations for its first properties in the UAE, hoping to open up its first communities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi by early 2027.
