Just last month, Mark Brown made a big case in China for the UAE education. The general manager at Murdoch University Dubai—an Australian institute originally—was on an educational exhibition tour in Beijing, along with a UAE delegation of educational and political leaders. The group was being led by Dubai’s Knowledge and Human Development Authority, which oversees private education in the city. The idea was to tell students about the higher education opportunities that await them in the Emirates.
