Knowledge Planet co-founders Sachin Bharti Gupta and Monika Oli have sued Physics Wallah. The disclosure about the suit was made by the company in its revised red herring prospectus filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India on 7 November. From Physics Wallah’s RHP:
