In a landmark move, Serene Productions, a company led by vaccine billionaire Adar Poonawalla, on Monday announced that it is investing Rs 1,000 crore (about $118 million) into filmmaker Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Dharmatic Entertainment for a 50% stake.
