Case registered earlier this month appears to involve a dispute on sponsorship payments for the Indian cricket team.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India has dragged Think & Learn, the parent company of Byju’s, India’s largest education technology company, to the National Company Law Tribunal. A case was filed in September and registered earlier this month, according to the NCLT website.
Details of the case are not known yet, but it appears that the case is related to a dispute around the sponsorship of the Indian cricket team’s jerseys.
