Will teacher Abhinay Sharma take Classplus down?

In a classic David vs Goliath tale, the popular math tutor and the edtech startup have been engaged in a high-stakes legal battle that shows little sign of a resolution so far.

The founders of Classplus are out on (anticipatory) bail. The cash bond for their release was set at Rs 50,000 each. And the bail itself is subject to a few statutory conditions. 

An excerpt from the bail order dated 16 April, issued by the South District Court, New Delhi, reads thus:

c) The applicants shall not make any inducement, threat, promise etc. to any person acquainted with the facts of the case.

d) The accused/applicants shall furnish their mobile numbers to the IO which shall always remain ‘On’.
